• Fill out the New Listing Form on our website (be very detailed)
• Provide digital pictures of your home (inside & out)

Step 2: Help Determine the Price of your Home

• Consult with your Flat Rate Realty agent (CMA is provided)
• Do your homework (Zillow.com)

Step 3: Owner Responsibilities

• Home Presentation (for Open Houses, Showings, etc)
• Outside Marketing (ex: newspapers, craigslist, etc.)

Step 4: Flat Rate Realty will provide you with:

• Yard Signs & Lockbox
• Flyers
• Open House Tours

Step 5: Flat Rate Realty will get your Home on the Internet

• Multiple Listing Service
• MLSlistings.com
• Realtor.com
• Flat Rate Realty websites
• ListingDomains.com

Step 6: Flat Rate Realty will negotiate the sale of your Home

• We handle all negotiations, offers and counters.
• We handle all the paperwork and escrow coordination
• We handle everything through close of escrow
