- Provide digital pictures of your home (inside & out)
Step 2: Help Determine the Price of your Home
- Consult with your Flat Rate Realty agent (CMA is provided)
- Do your homework (Zillow.com)
Step 3: Owner Responsibilities
- Home Presentation (for Open Houses, Showings, etc)
- Outside Marketing (ex: newspapers, craigslist, etc.)
Step 4: Flat Rate Realty will provide you with:
- Yard Signs & Lockbox
- Flyers
- Open House Tours
Step 5: Flat Rate Realty will get your Home on the Internet
- Multiple Listing Service
- MLSlistings.com
- Realtor.com
- Flat Rate Realty websites
- ListingDomains.com
Step 6: Flat Rate Realty will negotiate the sale of your Home
- We handle all negotiations, offers and counters.
- We handle all the paperwork and escrow coordination
- We handle everything through close of escrow
